機関リポジトリ「TOUR」で提供している学内限定公開コンテンツについて、現在、学内ネットワークからの利用であってもダウンロードができず、認証画面に遷移してしまう障害が発生しています。

学内の方で、学内限定コンテンツの利用を希望する場合は、利用したいコンテンツの情報（題名、URL等）を添えて、オープンアクセス推進係までご連絡ください。

ただいまリポジトリのシステム提供元に対応を依頼しておりますが、解消時期は未定とのことです。

We currently have a system issue regarding the campus-only content provided via the Tohoku University Repository (TOUR).
At present, downloads are unavailable even when accessing from the university network, and users are redirected to an authentication screen.

If you are a member of the university and need to access campus-only content, please contact the Open Access Promotion Section with the details of the content you need (e.g., title, URL).

We have already requested the repository system provider to resolve this issue, however, timeline for resolution is currently unknown.
