Important: Changes in services due to renovation of the annex of Engineering Library

Apr. 1～

• 1st floor and 2nd floor of Annex is available.
• "Book borrowing by reservation" will be closed.

The following changes will be made to the services during the renovation of the Engineering Library from November 2020 to the end of March 2021.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Oct. 19 ～

• Increase in the number of books borrowing
• From 10 books to 50 books (The Engineering library’s books. On-campus users only)
• Extension of the return period
• Until April 30, 2021

Nov. 2 ～ 9 (Pre-construction preparation)

• Temporary restriction of access to the 2nd and 3rd floors of the annex
• Some Japanese magazines on the 3rd floor cannot be used.

Early Dec. ～

Dec. 14 ～(Construction)

• No reading room in the annex.
• Access to the bookshelf in the annex is not allowed.
• Book borrowing by reservation.

Increasing the number of books you can borrow and extend the return period.

Due to the partical closure* of the building for air-conditioning and lighting renovation.

Engineering library official Twitter page has been started!

We have started an official Twitter account, @KobunLib , from September 9, 2020.

We will provide information on the Engineering library and other topics to the students, faculty, and staff of the Aobayama-East Campus as needed.
