From 1 October 2025, we will introduce a trial update to the reservation rules for Group Study Rooms at Kita-Aobayama Library.

Changes:

• Reservations are available for 1 to 8 people. (previously limited to groups of 3 to 8)
• Reservations are open to all members of Tohoku University. (previously limited to members of Aobayama North Campus)
• The facilities can be used for online activities, including job hunting.
• Reservations may be made from 14 days before the date of use until on the day of use. (previously from 7 days prior)

This trial is intended to help you make even better use of our facilities.
