Notice of Library Services during Summer Vacation［Aug.11-Sep.29］
We would like to inform you of our services during the summer vacation.
（1）Engineering Library will be closed because of Business Holiday from Friday, August 11 to Thursday, August 17.
*Students from Aobayama-East Campus and those who have applied to use the library when it is closed may enter the library from 7am to 12pm.
*The counter is closed. Also, Group Study Rooms and LanguageStudio are not available.
（2）Books cannot be ordered from other campuses from Thursday, August 10 to Wednesday, August 16.
*Please order as soon as possible for the materials you need.
（3）It will take time to provide copies of materials and books that you have requested other universities.

Students, faculty and staff of Tohoku University, regardless of their department, can use the Engineering Library 7am-12pm on weekdays, weekends and holidays.
Applicant must apply in advance via this form.
*Applications will be accepted from 9am on Thursday, June 1.
*Members affiliated with the Aobayama East Campus departments do not need to apply.
*The validity period of the usage permit is the fiscal year of application.
If the above conditions are not adhered to or if there are actions that are deemed socially unacceptable or disruptive to other users in public settings, the use of Engineering Library may be suspended or prohibited for a certain period of time.
