Kita-Aobayama Library has been closed due to renovation work and will reopen on 1 Nov (Wed).
Due to preparation of reopening, the temporary library (Physics A Bldg 4F) will be closed from 23 Oct (Mon) onwards and our services will be suspended from 23 Oct (Mon) to 31 Oct (Tue).
The materials of Kita-Aobayama Library will be available from 1 Nov (Wed). Before reopening, please note the following.

Ordering books from other on-campus libraries
If you wish to order books from other on-campus libraries and receive them at Kita-Aobayama Library, please note the following.

• All applications submitted between 20 Oct (Fri) and 31 Oct (Tue) will be cancelled. To borrow books from other on-campus libraries, please visit the libraries that hold them.
• From 1 Nov (Wed), it is possible to order books from other on-campus libraries and receive them at Kita-Aobayama Library.

Getting photocopies

• For requests received after 18 Oct (Wed), it will take longer than usual for delivery.
• If you have received notification of arrival by 20 Oct (Fri), please receive your photocopy by 20 Oct (Fri) if possible. (Private expence: 9:00-15:50/ University expence: 9:00-17:00)
• Photocopies not received by 20 Oct (Fri) or arriving after 23 Oct (Mon) can be received from 1 Nov (Wed) at Kita-Aobayama Library. (Private expence: 9:00-15:50/ University expence: 9:00-17:00)

Borrowing books from other universities

• All applications submitted between 2 Oct (Mon) and 31 Oct (Tue) will be cancelled. If you are in a hurry, please apply for another on-campus library to receive the books.
• From 1 Nov (Wed), Kita-Aobayama Library can be designated as the place of receipt.

Returning books

• When you return materials from Kita-Aobayama Library, please use the book drop at the entrance of Physics A Bldg.
• When you return materials from other on-campus libraries, please bring them to the libraries that hold them.
