About the earthquake damage (Agricultural Library is closed for a while)
Agricultural Library is closed from 15th Feb. due to the earthquake damage.
The date of reopening is not decided yet.
We apologize for the inconvenience.

About the change of the open hours and the extension of the loan period during the spring vacation.
Open Hours
- 2021/2/8(Mon.)-4/9(Fri.) 9:00-17:00
- *Closed on weekends and holidays.
- *The library is not availavle for anyone after closing.
Loan Period
- If you borrow books between 2/8(Mon.) and 4/2(Fri.), the due date is 4/16(Fri.).
- *The loan period of serials and other libraries' books is 2 weeks as usual.
- *Please return books by 3/25(Thu.) if you are going to graduate.

However, since the reading space in the library cannot be used, books that are designated as "Library use only" at the lending library cannot be ordered.
How to receive
We will email you as soon as we are ready to provide.To prevent the spread of infection, we will specify the date and time of receipt after consultation each other.
Please note that it may take some time to prepare depending on the circumstances of each library.

Please apply from "InterLibraryLoan/Photocopy Request" in the online library service "MyLibrary".* Set the pick-up counter to "Agricultural Library".
* Please limit the number of applications to about five per day.

The materials in the main library are provided free of charge.

From May 22, we have started to provide photocopying service.(only materials in the library)
Eligibility
Based on "Tohoku University Emargency Action Plan (BCP) " dated May 11, 2020,faculty members and students permitted to conduct research activities in the laboratory (on campus).Materials avaiable for use
Magazines, statistics, etc. in the Agricultural library (Materials in the libraries and laboratories at the Aobayama campus cannot be copied.)Depending on the condition of the material and the number of copies, we may not be able to accept a request.
How to apply
Please apply from "Photocopy Request" in the online library service "MyLibrary".* Set the pick-up counter to "Agricultural Library".
* Please limit the number of applications to about five per day.
* If you are an undergraduate student, please enter the name of your professor in the remarks column.
