We offer the following services to members of universities and other institutions in the affected area (Niigata, Toyama, Ishikawa and Fukui prefectures).

1. Free provision of ILL
ILL service for the area mentioned above will be provided for free.

2. Visiting and using the library
We offer the following services to those who belong to universities or other institutions in the area mentioned above and have returned to or evacuated to Miyagi prefecture.

-Issuing a library user's card
-Borrowing books (up to 5 books at the same time for 2 weeks)
-Reading and photocopying materials inside the library

If you wish to be issued with a library user's card, please bring a document that confirms your institutional affiliation (e.g. student or staff ID card) and a document that confirms your address.
