【Engineering Library, Agricultural Library】[Trial]Expanding of user range during closing hours of branch libraries

In order to improve user convenience, the library is considering expanding the range of users who are eligible to use the library branches during their closing hours (nighttime, early morning, weekends, and holidays). The trial has been started.
Those who wish to use the Engineering Library or Agricultural Library during their closing hours are requested to apply for it through the website.

Notes

A magnetic card ID (staff ID, student ID, or Emeritus Professors ID) or library user Card (for those who are not issued a magnetic card ID) is required to use the library. If you do not have one, please follow the instructions below to obtain one.

(1) To apply for the issuance of a Faculties and staff ID card, please visit the Staff Portal web site, "Application for Issuance of Employee ID Card". If you are unclear about the procedure, please contact the section in charge of general affairs in your department.
For student ID cards, please apply to the Educational Affairs Section of your department.
(2) Part-time lecturers, research (master) staff, trainees, non-degree students, special auditing students, and others who are not issued a magnetic ID card should apply for a " library user card" at the following counter.
