Global Sessions at the Main Library


Global Sessions are events conducted by the International Student Concierges to provide a cross-cultural experience for both Japanese and foreign students.

[15th] MANGA DAY!

"MANGA DAY!" is an event in which both international and Japanese students will talk about their favorite MANGA titles as well as comics published in their countries.
After their talks, it will be time for everyone to draw their own 4-koma MANGA!

[12th] Have Fun Reading and Speaking in Japanese

[5th] World's Flour Recipes: easy+low cost=Happy!

Flour is one of the most popular ingredients used in many countries. It's also cheap and easy to cook!
This Global Session is about the world's meals made from flour.The International Students Concierge
members will make presentations about their national meals and how to cook it.
The Session provides a lot of useful information for international students who just started a new
life in Japan, as well as for students who live alone.

[1st] Self-cooking Lecture: Cheap, Delicious, and Easy Recipes for Undergraduate and Foreign Students
