Regarding the APC Support Program for Promoting Open Access of Academic Papers, the conditions for "2. High-Impact Journal Submission Support Program" will be partially modified (support will be expanded).
Please note that these changes will only apply for this fiscal year, and if the program continues next year, it may revert to its original content.
