Tohoku University Library was designated as the first "United Nations Depositary Library" in the Tohoku region in 1965.
Since then, we have been actively engaged in various public relations activities.
In the past, we have held panel displays and book exhibits on how to achieve the SDGs goals for a better world,
along with messages from members of the International Student Concierge, the international student staff working at the Main Library.
The theme of this year's panel display is "16 Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions."
We hope it will encourage everyone to think about peace for themselves.
