The application process for group study rooms and individual research rooms was changed.

*Please make a reservation by MyLibrary.
*The rooms cannot be used for group study to prevent COVID-19.


***Group Study Room 1-4 (Capacity of each room : 1)***
The rooms can be used by one person who need private room for presentation, web interview, online meeting and so on.
Up to 3 hours per person.

***Private Research Room 1-4 (Capacity of each room : 1)***
Graduate students and faculty members can use the rooms for individual research activities.
(The rooms are in the quiet area and cannot be used for online meetings.)
No time limit for use.


***Reservation***
Please make a reservation by MyLibrary.
We accept reservations up to 2 weeks in advance.
(1)Log in to MyLibrary.
(2)Open the menu "Facility Reservation" of "User Service".
(3)Click on any time frame if new room reservation register.
*Already booked time frames are shown in green.
