User card

• To use the library, you need your magnetic ID card shown below. If you don't have such a card, apply at the Service Desk to be issued one.

• （*1）Researchers, Research Students, Auditors, and so on.
• （*2）If you are not an Amamiya campus member, please inquire your Service Desk.

How to enter

• Put your magnetic ID card through the scanner to open the door in the entrance.

• If you don't have your ID card, use the interphone to contact the staff.
• An electronic security device is in place. If you have an implanted pacemaker, call the staff by interphone.
• When you leave the library, the door will open automatically. However, when electronic security device has reacted, the door will no longer open temporarily. please leave library again after receiving the check of the staff.

How to enter (Additional opening hours)

• In additional opening hours, you need ID card to open the outside door.
• When you put magnetic ID card through the scanner, the door is unlocked. After you go into the entrance, please close the door.
• If you get out the library, when you push the yellow button on the left wall, the door is unlocked. After you go out the entrance, please close the door.
• Users available in additional opening hours is limited to university faculty, graduate and undergraduate students in Amamiya campus.
