Survey 2022
This survey is conducted to learn about your needs and satisfaction with library services in order to improve our services in the future. We appreciate your cooperation.
The responses will be compiled in a form that does not identify individuals, and will be published later in the "Tohoku University Library Self-Evaluation Report".
1. How to fill out the survey
- Only members of the Tohoku University(faculty, staff, and students) are eligible.
Please log in with your Tohoku University Google account(Tohoku University email address) from the icon or URL at the bottom of the page and answer the questions. - Only one response per person is allowed.
- The response period is until Wednesday, November 30, 2022.
2. Survey Structure and Notes on Responses
The survey consists of the following 5 sections(Total 35 questions).- I. About you and your usage of the library (5 questions)
- II. Facilities and equipment (10 questions)
- III. Materials and Information (8 questions)
- IV. Services (10 questions)
- V. Others (2 questions)

3. Prizes
Prizes will be awarded by drawing. If you would like to enter, please enter your contact email address in the survey. Announcement will be made by contacting the winners.- A: "Pre-paid card for purchasing books(5,000 yen)" 1 person
- B: "Assortment of Tohoku University's original food products (About 2,000 yen)" 5 people
- C: "Yokan(Sweet bean jelly) with Soseki Natsume motif" 20 people
