In the hours Kita-Aobayama library was closed (in the nighe and in the weekend), smoking have been done. By reason of the security, this library had been perfectly closed in the night and in the weekend.
But utilization of nighttime and holiday was reopened from February 27th. On and over 4th year students can enter in this time zone.
