[Main lib.]The 15th Global Session "MANGA DAY!"(Jul.4)

[Main lib.]The 15th Global Session "MANGA DAY!" The Main Library at Kawauchi Campus will hold the 15th Global Session "MANGA DAY!"

"MANGA DAY!" is a event in which both international and Japanese students will talk about their favorite MANGA titles as well as comics published in their countries.

During the first 30 minutes the library's international student concierge staff will present famous MANGA from Indonesia, Brazil, and Russia. Additionally, they will talk about the Japanese MANGA available at the Main Library.

After the presentations, it will be time for everyone to draw their own 4-koma MANGA!

A 4-koma MANGA consists of 4 vertical panels containing one short story. The materials will be provided by the staff and after that, all the participants will have their works exhibited at the Global Learning Room in the Main Library.

If it will be your first time to draw a MANGA, don't worry! International Student Concierge will help you during the work.

Let's have fun and talk about various MANGA together!

Admission is free, just register with the application form beforehand or on the day. Be aware that if the number of participants exceeds 20 you may not be able to get a seat. The faster you register the better!
