[Main lib.] HKY100 General Election

Tohoku University Library owns the illustrated handscroll of Hyakki Yagyo (night parade of one hundred demons) which consists of 100 demons on parade and is one of the popular themes in traditional Japanese art.

In the Halloween season, we hold the election to decide who is the most popular in this scroll. This is the occasion to look at one of our precious collection and have fun. Check the copy of handscroll and vote your favorite one!

How to vote:
1. Select your favorite demon and check its number.
2. Put a round sticker on the box of the number below the image.
*Color of stickers doesn't matter.

You can see the accurate replica in the collection tour at the Building 2.
Date: Oct. 20(Thu), 21(Fri), 24(Mon) to 28(Fri), 31(Mon) to Nov. 2(Wed).
